Food Dispense processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activity of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@fooddispense.nl, and we will delete this information.

Food Dispense processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long we store personal data
Food Dispense does not store your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary in order to fulfil the purpose(s) for which your data has been collected. Under the GDPR, everyone has a number of rights. You can ask Food Dispense in order to review the personal data we process about you. How and why we process this data is also indicated. If Food Dispense processed incorrect or incomplete data, we will update these at your request. You can also request a deletion. It may be that Food Dispense will still be obliged to process the data for other purposes (administration, fiscal retention duty). If you suspect that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also have this processing limited. You can also object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or other purposes. Finally, you can withdraw consent given for receiving the newsletter or other processing.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Review, correct, or delete data

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (‘Burgerservicenummer’; BSN). This is to protect your privacy. Food Dispense will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
How we secure personal data
Food Dispense takes the protection of your data seriously and undertakes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not secure or that there are indications of abuse, please contact us through our customer service or via info@fooddispense.nl.
